Saving the world isn’t only for superheroes in these days of crisis. Organizations

everything they can to keep our planet from being destroyed by threats like
environmental destruction and the growing problem of overpopulation. Even so,

One of the main causes of environmental devastation is the expansion of rapid

partnering with other like-minded organizations to keep green spaces
safe and to preserve as many plant and animal species as possible. Their

Fighting Resource Depletion
The real threat of overpopulation isn’t just the fact that there are more people.
The Earth has plenty of room for everyone even if you were to multiply the
population by 50. The real threat is the fact that the Earth only has limited
resources. Freshwater, topsoil, farmable land, and rare metals used in
electronics are being used up rapidly and as the population grows so does the
rate of consumption.
The Colcom Foundation is working hard to educate people on matters such as birth control and family planning.
This is helping to slow the population rise and hopefully, it will level out
around 2050 if all goes well. They also want to help balance out the population
of the old vs young with immigration reform. This will place less of a strain
on the foundation of our society and economic systems.
Overall, the future is looking a lot brighter thanks to the Colcom Foundation. Their
efforts have given us hope that we can all work towards a better future for
